1) If a no-solution grid is marked as having multiple solutions, does a solver get -24 points, or -38 points?
And how about the opposite pattern (a multiple-solutions grid marked as having no solution)?
2) It's not a realistic situation, but if a solver somehow marks more than one area how the points will be given?
For example, what if both no-solution and multiple-solutions are marked in correct/no-solution/multiple-solutions puzzle...

The points will be given based on what has been marked. If you mark a puzzle as having no solution and it is not true, you will be subtracted 24 points (regardless of what kind of grid you have marked). The same applies in the opposite situation. Thus, the following would be true in the given cases:
- a no-solution grid is marked as having multiple solutions = -38 points
- a multiple-solutions grid marked as having no solution = -24 points

As mentioned in the Instruction Booklet, all of the rules would be applied in such cases. Therefore, be very careful when marking the correct options. The name of the round Guess No More was chosen because it is not recommended to guess in this round, really :)
If both no-solution and multiple-solutions are marked, the following will be applied:
- correct grid: -24 (you marked it as no-solution and should not have) -38 (you marked it as multiple-solutions and should not have) = -62 points
- no-solution grid: 24 (you marked it correctly as no-solution) - 38 (you marked it as multiple-solutions and should not have) = -14 points
- multiple-solutions grid: -24 (you marked it as no-solution and should not have) +38 (you marked it correctly as multiple-solutions) = 14 points
