Hi
The example puzzle doesn't make sense. The solution of the right grid shows that you must bend the bottom part on that side (box 8 shows that). But on the solution, the box 7 contains original content. How can it be original if you need to cover the whole 3 bottom rows with other grids.

Is that puzzle broken or I just missed some very important part of the rules?

Oh I think I missed the rule that all 12 extra boxes are independent and can be flipped separately. I somehow thought that they are grouped. Sorry about that. But maybe it's good for some other solvers who might also get confused.

Yes, the 12 extra boxes can be flipped separately. I can say it more clearly in the instructions.
